Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Cute house with little private garden & 2 bicycles

Charmant beluikhuisje uit 1840 in Gent – Gemoderniseerd en comfortabel voor 4 personen Welkom in ons typische Gentse beluikhuisje, volledig gemoderniseerd & voorzien van alle comfort. De gezellige keuken is compleet uitgerust. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed. Geniet van de charmante stadstuin. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen bereik je het historische centrum of het strand van Blaarmeersen. Er zijn twee fietsen beschikbaar. Boek nu en ervaar het beste van Gent vanuit ons gezellige huis!

Prachtig appartement (in November 2021 volledig gerenoveerd) Centraal gelegen en op wandelafstand van het station Gent Sint-Pieters. Het 3-slaapkamer appartement ligt tussen andere authentieke Art-nouveau huizen midden in een van de mooiste historische straten van Gent! Er is airconditioning voorzien voor het hele appartement. De stijlvolle keuken omvat alle voorzieningen zoals een vaatwas, oven, microgolf, inductiekookplaat en een espressomachine voor een heerlijk tas koffie bij het ontbijt!
