Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit nur wenigen Wohnhäusern und eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Auch Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. In der Nähe befinden sich u.a. der Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen und die historische Universitätsstadt Marburg (12 km). Für maximale Flexibilität ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Eine Ladestation für Elektroautos (11kW) ist vorhanden und kann auf Wunsch genutzt werden (kostenpflichtig). Der Übernachtungspreis versteht sich inklusive Endreinigung.
