Beautiful little house. AC works great upstairs and Downstairs. The bed was very comfortable. Full Kitchen available for all your cooking needs. The farm animals are all well kept and very sweet. We took our fur babies with us and had no problems. Blue crab are very easy to catch with a trap and some chicken legs. I fished everyday while I was there, Weather was perfect and I had an assortment of live bait and artificial but no fish this time, it happens. The host was very nice and even allowed us the use of all of the docks on the property. Very nice and peaceful. We had a great experience overall

This is our 4th stay on Tybee and 2nd year in a row at Coconut Cottage. It has everything we need inside and out. We use the bikes daily and the beach stuff, too - wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, huge fluffy beach towels… The backyard is huge and private, if we weren’t at the beach, we were out there. Coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening around the gas fire pit. Pat and Pam are so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!!

Our stay at Steve's condo was fantastic. A beautiful location overlooking North Beach, the balcony sold us right from the start. Nothing better than a light breeze while enjoying a cup of coffee and the rising sun. *Cue the longing sigh... The rest of the condo was in great shape, no issues with temperature, furniture, layout, or the association itself. It was a perfect spot to call home for a few days while exploring Tybee Island. Needless to say, we had a great time. Thank you Steve!

We booked this home many months in advance for a wedding on St. Simons Island. We got more and more excited as the weekend approach. Still, this house (especially its location) to the wedding site exceeded our expectations. For our family, it was a perfect fit and very comfortable!

Barry’s place is a gorgeous, cozy little spot tucked away on the water feature of a golf course, it was easy to find with the first spot in the parking lot reserved for the property. It’s a beautifully decorated place with THREE balconies that protrude over the water from any of the sliding glass doors from inside. My wife loved being able to feed the turtles first thing in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. There are so many of them, if you love turtles, this is definitely the place for you, they come right to you. Barry was very attentive to us before we even left from Augusta to head that way, to the time we left Sunday morning. I now have a new favorite place to stay in the Brunswick/Jekyll/St. Simon’s area, and if it’s available when I come, I’ll be staying at Barry’s place from now on. Great little cabin in Dahlonega! Super clean and very cute decor. It was perfect for a girls trip. Jacqueline was also very accommodating and communicative. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved it and they were super pet friendly which was a HUGE plus for us. Will definitely stay here again!
