Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix is available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Welcome! Alvin lives on the ground floor, he co-owns NarrowMarrow cafe. Trained in architecture and is active in the music scene. Walk out and into the best cafes and mural art, popular hawkers and heritage sites. The unit is very spacious as it takes up the entire floor with its own private kitchenette, dinning space and bathroom. This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the first floor with no lift.

Downstairs : Nua Nua coffee Open 10AM - 6PM, closed on Thursday & Friday Our unit is just minutes away from the bustling scene in central, you will feel as if you are in the middle of it all. Good to know: Our apartment is located on a lively street, so you may hear some city sounds during the evening and nights. Earplugs are thoughtfully provided for light sleepers.

Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Loft)

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year shophouse where your “entire area” is the top floor of our 3-story shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
