Perfect holiday home, 5 min walk to family beach. Modern kitchen, open plan living & dining room, 2 main bedrooms (very comfortable beds) and 3rd bedroom & two new modern bathrooms both with toilets, plus 3rd toilet. Ideal for couples & families. BBQ, & outdoor hot and cold shower. Fully equipped cook's kitchen, with everything you need. PET FRIENDLY, big enclosed backyard. Outdoor games, board games, bikes, tree swing, 3km walk to jetty, supermarket & liquor store, 150m walk. NOT LEAVERS SORRY

Cute, bright and beautifully decorated. This new house offers very easy access to the city centre with the jetty only minutes away. Fantastic modern kitchen facilities with tea, coffee and pantry items provided. A Nespresso coffee machine for the coffee lovers. Walking distance to beautiful safe beaches, local shops, cafe, parks, tavern and the beautiful Port Geographe Marina . Surrounded by great walk/cycle paths. Outdoor dining area and fully enclosed carport to safely store your vehicle.

The Leaf House is a luxury soul home with stunning forest views! Location doesn't get any better than this, sitting perfectly on the edge of the forest yet only a few minutes walk the center of Margaret River. Wake up to the sound of the forest and the freshest of air. The home is modern yet restful, fully equipped with large kitchen, fast Wifi, Luxury walk in double shower and soaking tub, huge balcony perched in the tree tops, outdoor BBQ and everything you need for the perfect holiday!

Casablanca, Busselton at its Best

Breathtaking location with views of Busselton Jetty and bay. Most amazing home; spacious and modern with so many holiday home facilities. Laze around pool side or head across to the beach for some dolphin spotting fun and some fishing! Enjoy the magnificent views from every corner of the house or sit outside in the evenings star gazing with the Jetty lights in the background. Make use of canoes, bodyboards, fishing lines, kids xbox and wifi. Your stay will truly be a memorable one!!

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort to enjoy your adults break-away. All the region's many offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. You can fill your days whilst still getting home in time to take in the beautiful sunsets over the water from the expansive balcony area.
