High speed WiFi and smart TVs in every room for you to enjoy. this allotment is a very quiet & peaceful w/ beautiful paved road for your enjoyment. Andover village and campgrounds are nearby. Just stay in and enjoy the view of the water or maybe take a kayak out on the lake. Either way this house offers a little bit of everything to make it an enjoyable place to stay! Nearby attractions: hiking trails, golf, restaurants, playgrounds, winery, Amish country, & Burton village historical district.

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

Lake Erie rental with incredible sunsets on a dead end safe and quiet area with a short walk to homeowners association private beach with pavillion and porta potty. The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies!
