A very calm place in a residential area, very close to beautiful parks and the town center. Within a 10-minute walking distance, there are a few restaurants and a food shop. The train station is about a 20-minute walk. A cozy flat ideal for a couple of people who value a peaceful stay

Эрик, чудесный хозяин, очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый. Квартира стильная, просторная, кровать удобная и все для комфортного пребывания есть на месте. Рядом с центром и парком. До продуктового магазина 2 минуты. Советую от всей души, я влюбилась в эту квартиру и точно бы остановилась в ней еще раз!

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Es gibt drei Toiletten (wir fanden, das sah man auf den Bildern nicht) und zwei Duschen. Ben hat uns begrüßt und war sehr hilfsbereit bei unseren Anliegen für das mitgereiste Baby. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls toll und man kann grillen oder Feuer machen! Es gibt drum herum Schafe, Ponys und Hühner und tolle Spazierwege. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht! Danke dafür - wir kommen sicherlich wieder, es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um mit einer großen Gruppe eine tolle Zeit zu haben!

Ewoud has made a remarkable home, located in easy access to public transport, groceries, restaurants, bars, and points of interest. The living room, kitchen and backyard are designed with taste and comfort in mind. The living room floor heating, fully stacked kitchen and slide door to patio make you want to spend quality time at home. The full bathroom upstairs is a spa. All three beds are equipped with comfortable mattress and windows are furnished with full blackout exterior blinds. We are very impressed with Ewoud and his home, we will be back to stay there again when we visit next time.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, l'appartamento è spazioso e in una zona tranquilla e vicinissima alla stazione. L'host è stata molto cordiale e sempre disponibile, in presenza di problemi si sono subito premurati di trovare una soluzione! Consigliato a chiunque.

Rick’s house has been our best experience on Airbnb recently. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near a large park, yet everything you need is nearby. The city center can be reached by bus in 10 minutes or by foot in half an hour. The house has been beautifully renovated and is fully equipped for both short stays and long-term living. Additionally, there is a workspace if you need to work remotely. Rick is a very hospitable and pleasant person, always available and ready to help with any questions. Our entire family thanks Rick and highly recommends his home.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de locatie van Victoria. Bijzonder hoe je zo dicht bij het centrum van Eindhoven tóch zo in de buiten omgeving en rust kan vertoeven. De typische authentieke oud-hollandse boederij inrichting maar met modernisering en voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken vielen ontzettend in de smaak bij onze internationale gasten. En in toch een koude periode maakten de kachels het direct lekker warm en ontzettend gezellig. Erg bedankt voor de fijne tijd Victoria!

Alles perfekt, der Gastgeber antwortet schnell, das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und hat einen besonderen Charme. Die Matratze ist bequem, die Nachbarn sind freundlich, die Parkplätze reichlich und kostenlos. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einige nette Gespräche mit den Gastgebern und haben Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir können eine große Empfehlung aussprechen!
