When walking into this home you will automatically be stopped to take in the beautiful surrounds and then to the outdoors and magnificent dam views. The flowing openness of the home, will immediately impress. The spacious open plan, fully equipped kitchen offers a large breakfast counter, ample cupboard space. Lounges and dining room, all opening onto the large patio, will accommodate a large family with ease. Two of the bedrooms downstairs share a full modern bathroom. We know many attractions and are able to assist with information to have the best Johannesburg experience. Reserve water supply for water cuts, UPS for Wi-Fi during load shedding.

A light, green, urban sanctuary. Truly unique. This home is a beautiful space to recharge and relax, a base to explore the city. The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

Modern Gem in Parkhurst with Solar Power

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

For those who ‘prefer better.’ Beat the loadshedding and forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Your own private villa in a very central location. A stone's throw from the best restaurants, shopping centres, sports facilities, and hospitals. Country living in the city. An oasis of calm in the midst of a vibrant hub of activities. We unfortunately don’t allow parties or large gatherings, especially over weekends. Please consider booking elsewhere if this is your intention.

No Loadshedding Here! Perfect peaceful and quiet space to relax in this trendy neighbourhood! Bring your bike for an early morning cycle in the "spruit" or just enjoy a walk in the Emmarentia botanical gardens a few minutes away. Cool off in the splash pool or enjoy a braai on the patio at the end of the day. If you don't feel like cooking, you can explore the many vibey restaurants and pubs in Linden and the surrounding Partown and Greenside areas, just a couple of minutes away.
