150m2 house for rent, situated 20km from the city center (25minutes by car or train) in a beautiful neighbourhood - between the railway station Vecāķi and the beach (approx.500m to both). 1km to the nearest shop. 2 storey house has a living room with a kitchen area and a WC on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms (WC and shower) and 1 WC on the 1st floor. There is a grill place on a paved terrace outside the living room, and a closed parking space for 3 cars in front of the house.

Our renovated wooden house was built in 1938 it is surrounded by forest and fields. Idyllic place to stay in nature. It is pure country escape from busy city life. Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens . You can enjoy a romantic evening and peaceful morning on the sunny terrace around the house.

This is big house with two floors and many rooms in slow renovation at progress situated at old park with leftovers from revolution and second world war. At ground floor you will find large hall with books, board games and music instruments (available for additional fee).
