Oak Ridge Hideaway apartment

Private pet-friendly apartment with separate entrance using a keypad. Thermostat for Heating and Air Conditioning is in the AirBnB unit. Sleeps six (1 queen bed, 1 full sized bed, twin sized murphy bed, & twin sized daybed). Located on a golf course 2 minutes off I-90 in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. No extra fees for pets or cleaning & all we ask for check-out is to text when you leave and lock the door. Above ground pool available during summer months of June July & August.

Hickory floor throughout the upstairs. 2 queen beds and 2 couches for sleeping.The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils. You provide your essentials for cooking,. There is a 3 season porch to enjoy the nights or early morning listening to birds or watching for deer. Also available for larger groups is the lower level with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. NO ONE ELSE OCCUPIES THE HOUSE DURING YOUR STAY

Separate bathroom, SMART TV, wifi, AC, heater, coffee and tea, as well as snacks. Towels, washcloths, and toiletries.

Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. The last breath of every SUNSET is seen from half of those areas! Enjoy!

The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need. Lots of pots and pans, handheld mixer, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot and blender. YouTube TV available as well. Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
