Spacieux appartement dans maison de campagne

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information. We do have two large friendly dogs, various cats and two horses.

Appartement mitoyen à la maison des propriétaires sur deux niveaux ( 60m2 en bas et 35m2 à l'étage), garage et terrasse privés. Il est situé au cœur d'une exploitation agricole où deux beaucerons seront heureux de venir chercher un peu de caresses... Calme et tranquilité au côeur de la campagne, a 2 kms du village et château natal de d'Artagnan a LUPIAC . Nous sommes situés à 2h de l océan et 1h30 de la montagne. Il se situe au lieu dit La Hérrère 32290 LUPIAC.

7 hectares de Nature avec un duo de cabanes pour vous seuls. La Cabane Perchée à 10 m de haut avec sa passerelle d'accès de 40 mètres avec sa dépendance privatisée la cabane jacuzzi. Deux Cabanes rien que pour vous sur un parc naturel de 70 000 m2 avec nos animaux paisibles et une belle vue sur un très grand vallon jusqu'aux Pyrénées (par temps clair).
