I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit brauchen. Das einzige was man beachten muss, bis Yerevan sind es min. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansonsten eine Super Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, groß, Grill, toller Garten, Pool und und und. Alles was man braucht. Ein wahrer Paradies! Wir haben uns sehr gemütlich bei Karen gefühlt. Ein Riesen Dank an den Gastgeber: immer sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Danke sehr an dieser Stelle an Karen!! Falls wir eine Unterkunft in Armenien brauchen, wir wissen Bescheid!! В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Всё сделано на высоком уровне. Хозяйка Арпи — замечательный человек: отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Нам пришлось остаться ещё на одну ночь из-за переноса рейса, но для Арпи это не стало проблемой. Огромное спасибо!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

This was a great apartment right in the center of Yerevan managed by a great host. The traffic around Tumanyan street can be very noisy and busy but that’s expected from such a central location.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Alice's apartment was perfect, centrally located in a buzzing part of town, yet private enough that you could get away from it all. Amenities were all first class and you really couldn't pick a better spot for a stay in Yerevan.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
