River's Edge is one of the very few units at Clear Water Point Condominiums that currently allows for up to 6 guests. In order to remain affordable for smaller families, the base price is calculated for 4 guests and an extra person fee is added for the 5th and 6th guests.

Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.
