40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Bryce Canyon Homestead | Peaceful Escape for 8

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon Country. Bryce Canyon Homestead was built in 2023 with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

Hilltop Cottage

Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Cottage

About the space: Welcome to our Cozy Cottage in Panguitch, Utah! It is located one block from historic Main Street, very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. We are a great central location to visit the National Parks; 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon, and 50 minutes to Zion. We provide everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, hotel quality sheets, and memory foam mattresses. Come escape to our Cozy Cottage!

The Old Bailey Place

Enjoy a Southern Utah adventure at The Old Bailey Place, a restored 1890 pioneer cabin with up-to-date amenities in the quaint town of Escalante, Utah. Midway between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef National Parks, and in the middle of Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, The Old Bailey offers an historic connection to the region. You will be within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, outfitting guides and stores.

The Little House

The modern conveniences of The Little House sharply contrast the old-fashioned construction. Original rough sawn ceiling joist are exposed, with the builder's layout marks clearly visible on the ceiling highlight the main living area where you can relax on the sofa. Along with the flat-screen TV, scorching fast 1 gigabit per second fiber internet (1000 Mbps) is available for streaming.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a deck perfect for stargazing and sunset gatherings.

The Cottages are located near Bryce Canyon National Park in Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12 (also known as "Highway 12 - A Journey Through Time Scenic Byway"). Make our cottages your home away from home as you explore the majesties of any one of the nearby parks. At the end of the day relax on your private porch and then sleep on our KingSize bed.
