The studio apartment is 100% unique. You will be hard pressed to find anything comparable in Cape Town. The interiors have been designed by one of Cape Town's top interior designers. The brief was to " create a boutique hotel feel " instead of a typical studio apartment. All finishes are brand new and the workmanship is tops. The king size extra length bed with its luxurious mattress guarantees restful quality sleep. The well fitted kitchen has all you need from induction hob and N'esspresso machine with milk frother for those perfect cappuccino's. The balcony has two comfy chairs for just chilling before the day starts or for when you get back after the beach or shopping. Cape Town and all it has to offers is on your door step. The night club/ restaurant scene is all within walking distance. Camps Bay and Clifton beaches a mere 10 minute Uber ride. Location with comfort!
Our flat is totally secure within a 24 hours CCTV monitored security. The entrance is manned 24 hrs and on arrival guest will collect keys from a lock box after security allows access. Please be sure to muddle up the combination numbers after collecting the keys and please return the keys to the lock (EMAIL HIDDEN)plimentary wifi is available for guests. Guest will have access to laundry (washing and drying) on the premises. A swimming pool within the gardens of the block is also secure with a fence around the pool for small children.
Before arrival the guest will be sent information on how to access the lock box to collect the keys. After clearing security accessing the flat is simple as well as logging on to the wifi. My wife, Andrea runs a DMC (Destination Management Company). Andrea is able to advise you on where to go, transport requirements , best restaurants, beaches, in fact anything you need help with, need only be asked for and we will do our best to accomodate you.
The neighbourhood is safe and the apartment is situated within Cape Town's Gardens area. Kloof St/Long Street are a three-minute walk away. Several restaurants, art galleries, spas for relaxation, and wonderful shopping options are close by.
Walking through Cape Town, renting a bicycle or catching an Uber for the late night parties or romantic dinners is the best way to get around Cape Town. The Red City Bus ( London style double decker with open top) will pick you up a mere 10 m from the apartment and whisk you off around the peninsula. Get on and off as you please to visit the many top tourist attractions. My Citi bus is also available its clean and its safe and get you to the beach and back with no hassle looking for parking. If a wine tour is on your to-do list then speak to Andrea as she will put together a terrific tour with a driver ( drinking and driving is not a good idea as frequent road blocks could get you into trouble).
Cape Town is experiencing a severe drought and residents and visitors must comply with level 6b water restrictions. All guest can only use 50 litres per person per day. We are very fortunate that the apartment has access to ground water and will not be effected if Cape Town reaches day zero.
