This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking. No pets allowed due to the host and family having pet allergies.

Calming, clean, bright, and newly remodeled suburban retreat. 2 parks with playgrounds in the neighborhood. King Mattress Suite with bathroom overlooks the spacious backyard All bedrooms have 14" Gel Memory Foam Mattress Master and Bedroom 2 have a workspace. 2 separate gathering rooms The front room has Smart Big Screen, surround sound, and large sectional. Separate Great Room with TV is open to kitchen and dining space. Spacious fenced backyard with large patio and outdoor dining area.

Separate Entry, Space All Yours!

Help a stay-at-home mom support her family :). Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Cozy Corner House by the Boise Greenbelt.

Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink (summer) & nice yard. BBQ available if requested in advance. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.
