The ambience is warm and cozy enough to accommodate the cold in December. Pretty Aesthetic as it looks in the images. The caretaker is very helpful and humble. The heaters could have been a little better otherwise the overall experience from bonfire facilities to hygiene in the bathroom was pretty good.

In the year 2022, I came with my son for very first time and it was such a amazing experience with winged villa, since then till today June 24 the experience has turned out to me beautiful and amazing ,both with property and care takers Manoj bhaiya and Hema ji his wife ar amazing people ,they not only take care of things but they also very helpful with many things like guidance on how to go to a particular place and what all can be explored etc. The best part of winged villa is, it's nor too high not too low just perfectly placed from where you can view all of the sattal beautiful hills..a must for families as it's got huge space ,were children can play and grownups can sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a cup of chai. Thanks to Manoj bhaiya and Hema!

Our stay at the villa was undoubtedly the highlight of our entire Uttarakhand journey. The location offered breathtaking views and an atmosphere of sheer tranquility. From serene mornings spent breathing in the crisp valley air to delightful evenings on the terrace creating cherished memories with friends, the villa proved to be an exceptional host to our experience. We were thoroughly impressed by the meticulous arrangements at the villa. From the welcoming sensor lights at the gate that guided us during late-night arrivals to the array of thoughtful amenities, every detail was well-planned. Dining options were versatile, with the choice of a maid preparing meals at the villa, a cook conveniently located nearby, or simply ordering from nearby restaurants. The bedrooms were designed to offer ultimate coziness, and the charming drawing room, complete with a fireplace, added a warm and inviting touch. Sunilji’s hospitality was unparalleled. Always just a phone call away, he is prompt.

I booked the stay for my parents and they made sure to remind me to put in a good review - so that is a testimony to how beautifully the place has been arranged. Thanks to the hosts for a clean, beautiful home and treating my parents so nicely! Would love to book the place again in future!

Location is convenient to reach if you’re coming by your vehicle and has all amenities within reach

The property is well kept and at a very precise location..The owner is easily reachable and the care taker cum chef is very prompt too…In all its a complete package

Had a very fine experience out here. It truly felt like home. All the necessary items that we sought off were readily available here. This tells that the host thinks about all the needs and makes arrangements well in advance. The house and area were super clean. Bharati is very proactive in airbnb messaging space. She quickly responded to all my concerns. There are few grocery shops in the walkable distance too. Overall, had a great experience.

Tulip was a peaceful and serene retreat. It’s a lovely property, making it a perfect getaway. The host has carefully picked and designed the place like his own home, and hence the stay is absolutely comfortable. We could spot variety of birds. It took us about 6 hours from Gurugram with a break. The roads are good throughout.. The final approach road can be slightly challenging, so SUVs or high-clearance vehicles are recommended. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a quick weekend.

The place is beautifully made & very well maintained. The approach road to the property is quite steep which is very much expected on hills. The caretakers were very good and honoured all our requests. The cook made exceptional food and served us hot food even at 12 midnight. The views from the property are not mind blowing but the overall property is very good. The club house needs some attention and maintenance though. Club house was the only disappointment. Rest everything was amazing. Must Stay!!

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

Amazing place top class view of lake and mountains clean, property with god fragrance all around , lovely planters ,perfect interior, spacious all around and also proper vehicle parking space .. most importantly :::Raju Negi (chef)👍🏻 prepares tasty food … amazing very nice guy , god listener for ur personal choices of taste and food.. serves heavy quantity.. Very Good and Clean Place. Khushbu is Very Friendly and love the way she responded even for our one day emergency stay. Near to SGPGI so for us the place was a boon to get. Thanks for all the support. :)

My friends and I spent amazing time at the property. Communication from Vaibhav's side was immediate and the place had amazing vibes. For a large group of friends, the place is even better than described.

Perfect Stay! Highly Recommended I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and all amenities were in great condition. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.

Great location with all the listed amenities. Moreover the property is situated in a society with security cameras and guards. Had a great time with peaceful enviroment. Host is also responsible and always eager to help you out in every way and Rohit the caretaker is the USP of property. Highly recommended for a least 2-3 days stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Abeers property. It was properly maintained with an amazing view from balcony, all amenities were available/ maintained as mentioned*, neat & clean rooms and manager was very responsive in getting what is required. *pool table was mentioned, however the same was not available.
