The place is really spacious. Although we really booked the place for just resting because we attended a wedding, we'd recommend it for people who also want to do events like private parties, gatherings and etc. We also liked how well each part of the house was designed, where's the living room, the terrace, the bedrooms, kitchen and dining room The host and caretaker were also very accommodating and easy to reach out. Lastly, the place is nearby or within the city proper, so its very accessible

We absolutely loved our 1-month stay at Sir Ariel's place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Cauayan City, with easy access to essentials like restaurants, a grocery store, a wet market, a mall, and a laundry service. As a group of seven, we appreciated having separate sleeping areas, and the three T&Bs were a great convenience. There is a weekly cleaning and change of linens, plus a refill of drinking water. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for our stay! What truly stood out was the host’s responsiveness. Sir Ariel was incredibly accommodating, quick to answer our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Very accommodating host since last minute booking, Rooms are good, basic amenities, air-con is working well. Shower is good. Recommendable.
