Located just outside the chaos of the Lake District honeypot towns, we are just 5 mins from Caldbeck in the Lake District, 20 mins from Keswick & Derwentwater, 30 mins from the Solway Coast & 20 mins from the City of Carlisle.

Enjoy your stay in the Lake District in this beautifully renovated traditional cottage! Located in a small hamlet, less than 2 miles from Coniston village, 30 min walk to lakeshore, with a trail up The Old Man of Coniston straight from the door. Wi-Fi and parking are included. A special place for families or group of friends to recharge, relax and enjoy. Drink in the fell views from the private enclosed garden, snuggle up in front of the log burner, or soak in the luxury cocoon bath.

The three bedroom bijou cottage is set in the idyllic Country Village of Ennerdale, home to the most spectacular Lake and Wild Mountain Vistas. Ennerdale village has two lovely food serving pubs within throwing distance and a welcoming cafe/shop just round the corner. A truly perfect base for visiting all the surrounding beauties of the Lake District National Park.

Cosy Cottage near Cockermouth, Western Lakes

Our cottage is a converted lakeland barn in the village of Pardshaw, near Cockermouth. Ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, or families as a base for exploring the stunning Western Lake District. Loweswater is a ten minute drive away and Crummock, Buttermere , Keswick and the coast are all within half an hour. It's very cosy in the winter with comfy leather sofas and a woodburning stove, and there's a large 1st floor deck for Al Fresco dining in the summer.

No pets,4 bed, three bathroom cottage sleeps 8 cottage has been restored to the high standard and the modern extension to the rear with floor to ceiling glass on three sides is where the kitchen,dinning and family room is , this takes in the amazing views of Knockendoch and Criffel, The Annex is new for 2023. Brigston Cottage is one of the oldest in the hamlet. It is centrally located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway Ideal for exploring the whole area.

Cosy and comfortable, our cottage is in Innerleithen in the heart of the beautiful Tweed Valley. The perfect location for mountain biking, road cycling, hill walking or fishing. This is no sterile rental, it's our family home away from home. Ideal for 4, the house suits couples or families. The cottage is a stone's throw from the main street, and all amenities. Enclosed garden with summerhouse, please note not directly adjacent to house, jetwash for bikes.

Sea Glass Cottage is a beachfront holiday home with views over the dunes to the Solway Firth and Scotland beyond. Our guests tell us that the sunset views from the conservatory are breathtaking. The cottage has been tastefully updated and decorated by the owners with all amenities for modern living but retaining a quirky, seaside charm. Sleeps 5 plus a baby, no smoking, WiFi, dog-friendly. We charge £25 per dog.

2-bed cottage, walking distance to village & water

Use this cottage to relax after a long day hiking, mountain biking in the forest or kayaking on Coniston water. Walking distance to Coniston village, multiple places to access the water and free parking on site you will barely need to use your car. If you fancy a walk up the old man of Coniston or a trip to Tarn Hows you can access all of these places on foot. Two bedroom, one bathroom cottage.
