Rossella è la proprietaria e vive in una villa indipendente dietro. Avola è una città che si affaccia sulla costa ionica della Sicilia Orientale nel Golfo di Noto.

Dista circa 8 km dal mare, 10 km dall' Oasi Vendicari e 30 km dalla città di Siracusa. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Fontanarossa di Catania (circa 50 minuti di strada).

Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
