This makes loading/unloading very easy. 4. Fully stocked kitchen. Any gourmet chef will find necessary ingredients for preparing their meals. Enjoy complimentary coffee on us as well. 5. Outstanding location near the entrance to the Peninsula with a view of the lovely canal. Easy access to Pacific Coast Highway and the 55 fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7 minute walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area called is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. A Short 2 blocks up from the ocean, Hotel type room with private bathroom and entrance. Very cute and clean. Refrig, micro, a/c, wifi...Located in a very upscale neighborhood, safe and quite. Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled. Has a connecting separate room (for a fee) with its own bathroom that would hold an additional 3 people. PLEASE ASK FOR MORE INFO AND COST IF NEEDED! No key required, a code will be given. The first block is up a hill, the second is flat.
