Our beautiful cabin is conveniently located within a few miles of prime fishing, snowmobiling trails, hunting, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, sightseeing, amazing star gazing and more! Nearby attractions include the Cherry Springs State Park, Lumber Museum, Lyman Run State Park & Lyman Lake, and Cherry Spring Country Store!

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! No matter what you are into, Wellsboro offers it all - hiking, biking, kayaking, 60+ mile rail trail for riding bikes or cross country skiing, ski slopes, hunting/fishing, wine tasting and R&R.

We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

Fabulous setting on top the mountain. Plenty of parking with circular shaped driveway entrance. Located on Snowmobile/ATV legal township road. 1 mile from Denton Hill Lyman Run state trails. Cabin features 3 bedroom 2 bath. All new flooring through our entire camp. Bathrooms updated with handicap height toilets. WIFI plus good Verizon cellular service. Large deck on the front for relaxing. Amazing star gazing right from the yard.
