This is a 3bd/3ba condo 1.9 miles from FSU, 1.3 miles from the legislature, and 3.6 miles from TMH. Features 3 comfortable queen beds, 3 full baths with rain showers, a stocked, newly re-modelled kitchen, laundry, dining area, and essentials. Pets are permitted and we clean using only eco-friendly products. Long-term and Corporate/Government stays are welcome. Gameday and Graduations cannot get easier with the location of this house. Community pool and club house access from Mon-Sat (9AM-6PM).

Renovated Doak Campbell Stadium Condo

Condo is right next to Doak Campbell Stadium. Walk to the stadium, sports fields and courts, FSU circus, and more. Walking distance to Gaines St District and College Town with all the bars and restaurants you'll ever need. TV has most apps pre-loaded (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) and you can log into your own streaming accounts. There is no cable television, only the apps you sign into with your own account. This is a gated complex and occupant will have one assigned parking space during their stay.

Renegade Retreat: Premier unit at Seminole Legends

Not only is Seminoles Legends as walkable as it gets to Doak Campbell Stadium on game day, but you get an end unit on the top floor. Completely renovated in 2021, this is the nicest unit in the complex. Floors, baseboards, paint, backsplash, lighting, countertops, cabinets, appliances, furniture, linens, artwork -- all brand new. No expense was spared, and no corners were cut. Welcome to the ultimate family-friendly football experience, especially for Florida State fanatics and alumni.
