Here you will be delighted with real Tbilisi with its narrow-crooked side-streets and wooden balconies. Right next to the house, there are small restaurants with wide choice of Georgian cuisine, a modern mall and a wine-cellar. The street is quiet and cozy, while within 100 meters there is the main artery of the capital – Rustaveli Avenue.

Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. Although a studio, its bedroom is isolated with a corridor ensuring visual privacy from the living space. Please note: some past reviews mention the nearby construction. It is now finished and there is no noise. The hot water/heating system and internet have also recently been updated.

Newly renovated, high-ceiling, full of light and spacious apartment in the landmark building - Hotel de Londres, which opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast! *please do not ask for a deal outside Airbnb. Respect the rules!
