Private entrance, dedicated parking spaces, powerful WIFI and a fully-equipped kitchen to provide you with all the comforts of home. The whole group will be comfortable yet cozy in this spacious property we have named the Cozy Compound! Located just 3 miles from downtown Fuquay Varina this property is fenced in with three detached buildings for your group to spread out and enjoy. Total of 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the game room. Kids indoor play area, pool table, darts and a poker table to keep all entertained. Outdoors you'll find 2 grills, a large covered firepit, corn hole boards and a horse shoe pit.

You’ll feel like you’re getting away from it all in this modern, private tiny house in the trees, even though you’re just minutes from Duke, downtown Durham, shopping, and restaurants. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and city convenience. The home includes all the essentials — full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet — but many guests find themselves spending most of their time relaxing on the screened-in porch, listening to birds, and recharging.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
