Now, makes for very unique space. Enter through spacious 2 car garage to original shop, lay out updated for unique mountain LOFT getaway. Think..rustic, raw, real, back to basic, with a Modern Twist! 2 zone mini-split heat/ac! Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located in the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. It's a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the mountains!

Cozy Tiny Home on beautiful property- amazing mountain and pond views, access to private stocked fishing pond, miles of trails nearby, and a 18 hole disc golf course. Tiny home has full size bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric fireplace heater, fans, shower, sink, tv with roku, internet. Back deck is super cute with great views, grill and fire pit. Close to parkway, in between Boone and Blowing Rock. About 10 min from each.
