Owned by the same family who homesteaded this farmland in the late 1800's, this home has been remodeled. It boasts all the modern conveniences, but with the farm charm. This peaceful four bedroom home is close to wherever you need to go, surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Bring the whole family to this inviting home with lots of room for fun! This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Stay in Heart of Central City (3 Min Walk- Winery)

Stay in this historic carriage house apartment. Although beautifully decorated it does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. Our home is next to a train track. Welcome to rural Nebraska. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

1-Bedroom Junto Loft in downtown Seward!

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

Get away out in the country for some rural rest and relaxation at our remodeled, historic, old District 28 schoolhouse. Cows, corn, and comfort. A touch of a hunters cabin but modern enough to be cozy for some good relaxation. The BIN House: A Unique Couples Getaway! (No children or infants, no pets.) This converted grain bin has been on the family farm since the 1930s. Up until several years ago, it stored grain. The Red House is located just past the business district on St. Paul’s main street, Howard Avenue. The Red House was recently renovated into a cozy little getaway that features historic details. The house is one story, so there are no stairs to climb, with easy access from the street or driveway.
