Surfers Paradise @ Lajares

Relaxed, laid back and walking distance from the centre of Lajares! A great place if you want to surf or just relax. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has a total of 65m2. The veranda has a great view and is a great place to chill. Lajares is a little village on the countryside, which is very well known by surfers and backpackers because of the central position to the famous surf-spots and virgin beaches of the north-coast. 12km from Corralejo, 35km to the Airport, 4km to the beach. In the village you find several restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, surfshops and schools, bars and a Handcraft market on Saturdays.

Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Más que una casa: un hallazgo inolvidable

Villa completamente reformada al detalle.Alegre y cómoda. Totalmente equipado y amueblado con estilo y top calidades. Dos dormitorios dobles,colchones fantasticos chill out, barbacoa, preciosa y gigante piscina iluminada a la puerta, a 50 m del park natural y 5 min de playa ,resturantes y tiendas. No es la tipica casa de alquiler, es un autentico hogar con todos los detalles y comfort. Sabanas buenas, toallas cocina completisima.Un lujo de vacaciones.

Piscina climatizada ( 27º a 29º) compartida con la propietaria. La vivienda está situada a unos 100 metros aproximadamente de la playa. Es un bungalow con muy buena iluminación, cocina completamente equipada. A unos escasos 40 metros disponen de Supermercados, tiendas varias, Restaurantes, Cafés, Kiosko de revistas. Si vuestra intención es relajarse éste es el sitio ideal. Piscina climatizada ( 27º a 29º)La piscina es compartida con la propietaria.
