Open, updated, clean -quiet family escape by OC

Whether you need to be close to OC or anywhere in downtown Edmond, this spacious 4 bedroom can't be beat. The location and convenience to highways, dining, OC, and entertainment is unrivaled... rarely will you find a place of tis quality in this great of an area. Pride of ownership is evident from the furnishings, the marble tile, the setup and the style. Conveniently located and tucked in the woods, we are 1 mile to I-35, 5 mins to the turnpike, 10 mins to downtown Edmond, 20 mins to downtown OKC & Bricktown and 15 mins to 2 malls. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. A fenced in backyard and playground make stays with pets or children easy.

Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Enjoy a wonderful night in our 1925 CB&Q wooden caboose. As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond.
