Questo elegante alloggio è perfetto per chi ama il design, la natura e le escursioni. Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Casa mini nel golf mini sulla collinetta.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento. Dal 1 /4! 2026 il comune chiede la tassa di soggiorno di 1,50 euro a persona al giorno in contanti. .

Splendida baita in legno dotata di letto matrimoniale, bagno, angolo cucina (frigo, posate, piatti e tazze incluse), wifi, televisore, parcheggio privato...situata in un ampio giardino privato di una villa. A 100m dalla ciclabile delle Dolomiti. Posizionata di fronte ad uno splendido laghetto. Compresa di pulizie e cambio biancheria ogni terzo giorno, escluso angolo cottura. Disponibile area cani recintata e privata (620 metri quadrati) inclusa nel prezzo. Disponibile barbecue esterno.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
