Hathaway House: quaint, stylish, central retreat

Welcome to our quaint, stylish four-bedroom, two-bath, over 1,800-sq.-ft. centrally-located home in "Friendly Fridley". We recently remodeled and furnished our home with upcycled and new furniture. You'll be surrounded by parks, trails, and lakes ― and all the Twin Cities offers; you can be in artsy NE Minneapolis in less than 10 mins., or walk to Moore Lake Park and beach in 5 mins. The National Sports Center is a 12-min drive. Mall of America & the MSP Airport are about a 30-min. drive south.

2 Kings 2 Queens, comfy, big fenced yard

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. Coffee included. Please, come and enjoy a stay. If the entire dates for your trip are not available, I recommend a hotel for part of your trip. Thank you.

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Stay on the Mississippi River, steps away from biking trails, a block away from North Mississippi Regional Park with access to canoe/kayak rentals, picnic area, splash pad and interpretive center. Easy access to the highway just minutes from both downtown Minneapolis and Fridley's Northtown Mall and restaurants. This great 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home maintains its old charm but has been completely renovated with new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops, and hardwood floors.

This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.
