Howdy! Our space and neighborhood were not damaged from Helene. So, come on, pecan! The Pad is a bright, cheery and quiet spacedesigned for two. The studio is 600 square feet, with 11 foot ceilings. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there if you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom. Heat up leftovers in the the kitchenette. Slow down, enjoy the good vibes of Asheville & the RAD PAD.

Lofty Escape

Light and airy studio apartment with full kitchen. Spectacular views of Douglas Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains. Extremely private area detached from the main house on the property, and ample area to park your boat. Literally minutes from the public Shady Grove boat launch and boat and jet ski rentals. 6 minutes from Interstate 40, and about 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas, so you can get to your destinations quickly, and then come back to peace and quiet at night.

If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local band or the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage.

Sunny loft apartment in West Asheville, tucked behind our office. This little 1937 gem has just been completely renovated and is as crisp and clean as they come! Lush linens, a fully stocked kitchen and a divine shower make this little get away a great place if you are looking for a private place to stay in while adventuring through Asheville. Just a 3 mile drive to downtown, the river arts district or the south slope. Only 5 miles to the Biltmore House.
