French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. This Deluxe cabin located in the Sweetwater River Resort is a nature-lover’s, outdoor enthusiast’s, fly-fishing-fanatic’s dream nestled on the banks of the beautiful juniper-lined Arkansas River. The property has over a mile of river access, 0.6 of a mile on both sides with easy access to the river on trails that parallel the river. To access the opposite side of the river from the campground, an elevated swinging bridge is suspended across the river.

This is a very small but cozy and comfortable gypsy caravan that I built myself. The location is beautiful, nestled at the southern side of the Arkansas River Valley , the area is quiet and scenic, with amazing views. Although the caravan is small , we have 2 + creek side acres with hammocks and a hot tub. Also, we have begun building another, larger caravan and a lavish bath house adjoining the hot tub area due to be completed spring of 2025.
