Charming granite cottage in beautiful surroundings

Discover the untouched surroundings of the northern Portuguese countryside. Our "quinta" is located in a non-touristic area with lots of possibilities for hiking. At 3km is the river with possibility for canoeing. It’s perfect for discovering the local atmosphere of authentic villages and surrounding areas. Despite our rural location, basic services such as a good restaurant and a mini market are present. The country house has 3 separate guest facilities with a total capacity of 8 people.

No exterior, um amplo jardim , uma zona de churrasqueira ideal para refeições ao ar livre e uma piscina perfeita para aproveitar tempo de sol.

The house is on the edge of the village without any opposite. The house is close to activities suitable for families with a multi-activity center (tree climbing, mini golf, zip line, etc.). It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Encontra-se a 15 minutos da A25, 30 minutos da cidade de Viseu, perto da Guarda e entre a Serra da Estrela e da Região do Douro. Localiza-se a alguns minutos do Santuário da Lapa. A Casa de Campo Fidalgos do Dão conta com três quartos, podendo alojar até seis adultos e duas crianças. É um lugar de excelência onde poderá desfrutar da natureza e relaxar ao som dos passarinhos.

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.
