A newly completely renovated, open concept condo, 50 STEPS TO THE BEACH, is charmingly decorated & features tons of natural light, a comfortable bed after a long day at the beach, a walk-in shower, large porch, & butcher block counter top kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Take a short walk or bike down to the boardwalk where you have various restaurants & local shops at your disposal or make a short drive to Historic Downtown Wilmington or Fort Fisher Aquarium.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Guests who brings pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-refundable.

It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
