Peaceful Country Stay

Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

The Lane House

Relax and enjoy our beautiful, newly built home located in the center of Mercer County. We are equidistant from both Pittsburgh and Erie. The home is close to Lake Wilhelm where you can enjoy hiking, biking on the bike trail, kayaking, or taking in a beautiful sunset. Thiel, Westminster, and Grove City Colleges are a short drive. There are a few great coffee shops close by, as well as Wilhelm Winery, and numerous restaurants. The Grove City Premium Outlet Mall is a short 20 minute drive.

Country home in the town of Sandy Lake. You can expect a creek stocked with fish outside while enjoying full amenities inside. Upgraded Appliances in the kitchen, two full baths, two bedrooms and den and family room and two full-sized beds plus a futon. Washer and dryer available downstairs. High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV as well. The creek that runs through the back of the property is a great place to relax or fish. The fire pit is waiting on your hot dogs or marshmallows!

The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north. The log home is constructed with rough hewn timbers, granite countertop, and hardwood floors throughout. A towering buck stove stone hearth is the centerpiece of the great room.

Come relax in our private 2 bedroom , full bath retreat. Your area is a separate downstairs apartment that has its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please. It includes an equipped kitchen and living room for your comfort. Located 0.8 mi. from Westminster College in the middle of Amish country. Start your day with complimentary Keurig or go for fresh local made Apple Castle donuts. You can also enjoy tax free shopping at the Grove City Outlets minutes away.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉
