Cozy cabin at the top of a ridge with mountain views in both directions. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, nature, clean air, and quiet. A great WV escape two hours from D.C.! Enjoy morning coffee listening to the sounds of the birds and relax with a glass of wine on the large deck or screened-in porch to watch beautiful sunsets. In the evening the gas fireplace on the deck is the perfect place to end the day. You also have access to a quaint swimming lake and stocked fishing pond in the community.

Classic Georgian home in the Shenandoah Valley with cherry wood floors and french chandeliers. Six acres of pristine, waterfront privacy just 20 minutes from downtown Winchester. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is an open-concept living area with a full kitchen, pantry and laundry room. Downstairs, there is a regulation pool table, dart board, reclining sofa, and workspace with PC and printer. The front porch has a sweeping view of Back Creek.

Here you will immerse yourself in Nature at its finest and the "healing waters" of our Cacapon River where you can swim, float, kayak, or canoe. Start your day with your freshly brewed coffee in the sunroom or large deck, (gated for dogs), overlooking the river. You might see our 2 Eagles flying down river mid morning. Go hiking on local trails and soak it all in. In the evenings fire up the fire pit on the deck, or the large wood fire pit & gather round for good stories, times, and smores.

There is a beach at the swimming pond and a stocked fishing pond available to use so bring your beach chair and fishing gear.
