Prime location, mins to hospital and Uni & College

Completely renovated house with full amenities with everything you’ll need for a long term of short term stay. Full size washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. Ac as well as Dyson fans in the bedrooms. Walking distance to nearest mall ( Pine Center, 3min) restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and anything else you’ll need. Parks are right around the corner as cricket field and basketball court at the elementary school. Close to CNC and CN Center as well.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 1100 sq ft. Lower suite with plenty of sunlight,Spacious 2 BR suite with queen size bed in each room. All necessary stuff included like cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster,Laundry as well as wifi and chess for entertainment. Own thermostat for comfort and parking pad provided. Just a few mins drive to East Link Centre and Shoppers Drug Mart. Please note that this is a lower suite, so some footstep noise might be there in non-silent hours

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. 8 min walk to the Hospital and all ammenities. Has all new stainless appliances including dishwasher. In suite laundry. Two bedrooms: master has queen bed. Other room is smaller but still equipped with full bed and night stand. Beautiful views from the huge living room windows as seen in the pictures.
