Cottage on Cedar

This beautiful 1930s cottage has been updated to resemble its old charm. Warm and cozy with incredibly comfortable beds and quality linens. Bedrooms have their on TVs along with main TV in the living area The bathroom is a tub/shower and is very spacious- supplied with towels, soap/ shampoos, hairdryer. Kitchen is fully furnished for cooking. Dishwasher a plus Granite countertops Keurig coffee maker Washer/ Dryer for your convenience. Cottage also has a new heat and air unit Gonna love this

Location, location, location!

No detail has been left undone when it comes to cleanliness, decor, or amenities. Tims Ford Boat Launch <1/4 mile, walk to Twin Creeks, Walk to historic Winchester square (< 1mile) where you can enjoy several dining/shopping options. Hike the mountains, tour Sewanee, Jack Daniels or Dickel, boat at Tims Ford, float the Elk, or just relax at this oh so quaint home. The location is also convenient for concerting at The Caverns. If you are tired of boring and unclean rentals, look no further!

This pet friendly contemporary home is just 1/2 mile from the historic downtown square where you can enjoy doing a bit of shopping or dining. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Short walk or golf cart ride to Blue Gill Grill and Holiday Landing Marina. Golf cart included, subject to availability. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, bonus bunk room, screened in porch with gas fireplace. Downstairs has master bedroom with a queen sized bed + bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The bonus area has 3 twin sized beds and is perfect for kids or extra guests.

Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place that is walkable to the lake and within 5 min of the Rock Creek Boat Ramp. There is a 1 mile walking trail just down the road and walkable to breakfast or lunch at Lulu's. Enjoy the large screened in porch after a fun day on the lake. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare your own meals while you stay.
