The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. The large living room includes leather sofas, fireplace gas logs, Dish network TV, and WIFI. The modern kitchen offers gas range, micro wave, refrigerator, DW and Keurig coffeemaker (pods and ground coffee included).

Southern Comfort Lakehouse on Tims Ford Lake

Tims Ford Lake is the best family vacation all year and we have the best view on the lake. We're on Lost Creek with 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 3 full baths, game room, 2 large decks, a dock with a Hydrohoist and Jet Ski lift. Our cove is off the main channel so no direct boat traffic. It's 10 minutes from Jack Daniels Distillery and the State Park with hiking/biking trails and the fabulous Bear Trace Golf Course. We're on a cul-de-sac in a secluded neighborhood with the best sunsets.

There are 150 acres with creeks and trails to ramble about and access to the Flint River located within walking distance (15 min walk). With Huntsville's sprawling growth surrounding us we are minutes to restaurants and shopping. Just 12 min to downtown Huntsville.
