Enjoy our family's historic, renovated farmhouse! Built in 1895, this sweet little place is located conveniently in Pelham near everything you'd like to do in the area. Non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home sleeps 5-6 comfortably, with large, natural backyard. Located immediately at the intersection of Highway 41 & Highway 50, you're 10 minutes from The Caverns, 15 minutes from fine dining, and 20 minutes from the University of The South. Fenced yard perfect for making s'mores on the firepit.

Welcome to The Got-Away, a place where you can relax & renew. The Got-Away is a play on the phrase "the fish that Got Away". Since Tims Ford offers wonderful fishing opportunities, we thought the name would be perfect. We want our home to be a place where you can escape life's hassles with family & friends. Our Dad loved to fish, and many of the items in The Got-Away were his. As an Army/Coast Guard Veteran, the water was a second home to him. We hope it will be for you and your guests as well.

Whether you want to go boating on the lake, hike at the nearby Tims Ford State Park, or just get together with family and friends, look no further! This property is primarily for guests attending University of the South/Sewanee and Saint Andrews Sewanee sanctioned event. Others will be considered but not guaranteed. Relax with family and friends at this lovely cottage on a pristine mountain lake in a gated community in beautiful Monteagle/Sewanee, TN. Plenty of outdoor amenities, including hiking trails, waterfalls, bluff-view pavilion, and, of course, the lake. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards (no motor boats allowed on this lake).

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

The Sewanee Cottage - Great location on campus

Perfect location! Beautiful house right on campus - located on Tennessee Avenue across from Quintard dorm and just a quarter mile from The Cross and Morgans Steep. 4 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 10 comfortably with an additional bunk bed in the downstairs twin bedroom. This house is newly furnished and fully stocked - ready to rent. Quiet home that is just a stroll from restaurants and the bookstore. Perfect for parent visits and other University gatherings.
