Just 1 mile from downtown. Close to the best of Columbus nightlife/downtown bars restaurants and shops. Close to the short north and 5 miles from CMH airport. This 3k sq foot home has been fully remodeled and updated with a rustic/modern feel. With 10' ceilings and 3 finished floors there is plenty of room to breathe. The Bexley Abode: Modern + Cozy

The Bexley Abode is in a prime spot: mins from attractions & highways but tucked in a quaint part of Cbus. It is home-y and conducive to a family or solo visitor. My husband & I remodeled and designed it with thought and sentiment. Nestled in the heart of Beechwold, this charming space is designed to make you feel right at home while exploring Columbus or just relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to 71 and 315. This newly renovated historical home with high end furnishings features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and off street parking. German Village retreat with wonderful outdoor area

Cozy historical 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in the heart of German village just steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and the book loft. This home is on a tree lined brick street and has tons of character. The house has an open floor plan with family room kitchen and and dining room all looking out onto the deck and patio. The back yard is full of charm with several seating areas, fire pit table, and fountain. This home can sleep 6 people in beds and 8 with air mattresses.

Artist paradise by the River

An artists creative space, full of love. Near downtown, OSU, and all the best Columbus has to offer. on a lovely quiet street next to a park and a bike path . Expect the lovely sounds of children laughing, tennis and basketball playing at times. Please Note : Dogs are welcome with approval of breed and number of pets. An additional charge of $30 Pet cleaning fee for each additional pet. Sorry no cats!
