This 750 square foot condo is slope side and ski in - ski out. There is great lighting in the living room and privacy in the upstairs loft. You are within walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. There is a health club in the building you can purchase a day pass to which has a pool, out door hot tubs, and a fitness center. These costs frequently change so please check the Sugarloaf Fitness Center's Website. There are two parking spots available for you and your guests. A/C + WiFi included!

This classic slope side Sugarloaf condo, in Snowbrook Village is ideal for access to a wide range of outdoor activities. A short walk to Snubber Chairlift gets you up the mountain. The Carrabassett Valley Mountain Trail Network offer activities including Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain & fat tire biking, and hiking on an extensive trail network, accessible year-round from our parking lot. Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.

Sugarloaf Mt: on the mountain, pool, hot tub

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.

Ski all day on a nationally ranked mountain and then enjoy the active night life with live music playing at several venues on the mountain. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are right behind the condo for the summer/fall.
