Apres ski at any number of the hot spots then head for the heated indoor pool house for a swim. Mountain Bike trails network right outside your door!

Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.

Air Conditioned Walk out the door onto the Birches. From there it’s a short ski down to the Snubber Chair mid station. Close to the Shipyard Brewhaus. Same building as hot tubs pools, gym, racquetball. Free convenient parking. Not necessarily the most updated but very cozy with a gas fireplace and balcony. Great for kids to easily get to and from. The place has a queen sized Murphy Bed and two bunks. A full kitchen, full bath, very comfortable.
