This Ski-in-ski-out condo is across from the health and fitness center (pool/hot tubs/gym/cafe). Walk 10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the Sugarloaf Mountain Village. Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

Ski In/Ski Out Sugarloaf Sugartree 2 Deluxe Studio

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Welcome to your cozy, first-floor, pet-friendly condo at Sugartree! Enjoy amazing hiking and mtn. biking in the summer & fall, or stay for the weekend golf trip or wedding. In the winter, adventure is right outside your door with ski in/out access to the slopes, cross-country and snowshoe trails, and a convenient shuttle service. Access to an on-site fitness center with a pool & hot tubs. Bars & restaurants within walking distance. This is the ideal spot for creating new mountain memories!

Studio Condo - Carrabassett Valley - Sugarloaf

Cozy, studio condo right along the Carrabassett River. Less than 10 mins from Sugarloaf Mountain and golf course. This location is great for any season! Whether you’re up for hiking the many 4,000 ft mountains, biking, fly fishing, snowmobiling, or atv riding,this is the place for you. Large parking lot for trailers and equipment. Community fire pit. Private balcony, with rushing river as the background. 1 min walk to Tufulios Restaurant and Bar as well as the town playground and pool.

Sugarloaf w/ Pool, Hot Tub, Shuttle & Trail Access

A great two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on Sugarloaf Mountain directly on the Shuttle Route. Park your car when you arrive and leave it! Walk to the lift across the parking lot or grab the shuttle right outside your door to get to the main lodge, restaurants, bars, groceries, Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, and the list goes on! Apres ski at any number of the hot spots then head for the heated indoor pool house for a swim. Mountain Bike trails network right outside your door!

Spacious 4 BR Condo in Carrabassett Valley

Looking for direct access to adventure? This is it! Space for 10 means 2 families easily fit. Trail access is just a few steps away, straight to the super quad. Want to start slower? Try the shuttle to the village! Need to unwind at the end of the day? Downstairs family room provides large couch, tv, games, puzzles, etc for the kids while the adults enjoy some quiet time in the upstairs kitchen/living room. New hot tub to ease those sore muscles at the end of an adventurous day!

6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.

Valley Crossing 2 bedroom condo

This quiet condo is in the heart of Carrabassett Valley. Sugarloaf skiing and golf is just 7 miles away. Mountain bike right from the condo. There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo. Hiking is plentiful, Bigelow Mountain, Burnt Mount, or hike to one of Maine Huts and Trails' huts. Tufulio's Restaurant is conveniently located nearby.

Nestled on the west side of Sugarloaf Mountain, this 4 bedroom condo boasts some of the most amazing views available. Located just north of the Sugarloaf golf course, this retreat will leave its guests breathless as they take in views of Bigelow and Crocker Mountains. First Tracks at Sugarloaf

Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.
