It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the West Mountain chair, for 'almost' ski-in ski out convenience. The Explorer Shuttle comes right to the development 3 times an hour on weekends, 2 during the week. Top of the line finishes, fireplace, laundry, gourmet kitchen with exceptional cookware. 1 King Bed in master and a Queen bed in each other room.

6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.

This quiet condo is in the heart of Carrabassett Valley. Sugarloaf skiing and golf is just 7 miles away. Mountain bike right from the condo. There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo.
