Grizzle’s Getaway Lake Hartwell

This beautiful lake home is located in Lavonia, GA on excellent water. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with fun in the sun this is the place for you. This home comes complete with a 2 slip boat dock with a large swim platform. There is plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus ample space to park a boat trailer. The three story home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Our home will easily sleep 16 and is perfect for a large family. Perfect for Clemson and UGA football weekends.

Lake front home in a quiet cove on Lake Hartwell

Relax with the whole family in our spacious home set on a 2.5 acre wooded lot. Enjoy watching the morning sunrise over the water with your coffee. Spend your afternoons down by the dock or floating on the water and evenings by the fire pit! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 living areas, bar and pool table room. Covered porches are located on the front & back of the house to enjoy rain or shine. Note: There is a paved walkway with a steep slope to the lake .

Beautiful lake front cabin on Lake Hartwell has a master bedroom, kitchen, seating area, full bathroom & living room on the main floor. The basement has a private bedroom, full bathroom & living area with a TV. French doors lead out to the back deck where the hot tub is located. The top floor has 3 bedrooms & bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the view of the lake from a large screened in porch. There is a covered slip boat dock, jet ski landing pad & an outdoor fire pit.
