Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with a double bed, and a sleepout with 2 single beds. Modern bathroom and all new furniture. DVD library available for the rainy days and bodyboards for when you hit the beach. Two outdoor living areas with a BBQ, Pizza Oven and a great Spa Pool! Fully fenced section with secure off street parking.

Te One - Boutique Beachfront Accommodation

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Train station another 50 meters. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Unlimited high speed WiFi. Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, TVNZ on demand.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults at the moment, until we replace the sofa bed. We do not accept same day check-ins.

Fabulous location for a beach getaway this fully fenced property is located right across from the beach entrance, a stone throw away from the store/takeaways and next to the Cosie Club. Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

Positioned in a sleepy beach cul de sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This is a complete property and not a Bach on someone's back section. A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog.

The Hut

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down. The outdoor bath is the icing on the cake to allow you to take in the views while relaxing in the tub
