This newly renovated mansion boasts a bright and spacious one-bedroom suite, on the 2nd floor (only stairs), complete with a queen sized bed and four-piece bath. This building was built in 1911 for William Ross and his family. Ross was one of the earliest developers in the community of Fort William. This two and a half storey building was constructed of red sandstone providing front and back door access. On the 2nd floor there is a shared patio. Coin operated laundry facility in the basement.

Home also has a large fenced in backyard (perfect for dogs) with a deck & patio furniture. There is a basement, but it is a concrete unfinished basement.
