The Ocean Village is located on Hutchinson Island is a privately gated resort community on the Atlantic Ocean with 24 hour security on site. The landscaping around Ocean Village is lush well maintained landscaping; a treat just to take a walk. Spacious 3 Bedroom home with a private screened in heated pool. Outdoor shower. A split floor plan offers a Huge Master Suite with walk in closets, private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. Master includes 42 inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32 inch TV. A second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two full beds w/ 32 in TV with XBOX. All TV's are Smart TV's. For families with a little one we also have a pack & play.

After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!
