We have bicycles and beach chairs for guests to use. Unit is dog friendly with fee. There are many activities in the area, including beach,surfing,fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. Nearby there are waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5 minute drive. Many have live music nightly.

Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, this cozy, yet very roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house sleeps 7, with a king bed, twin over queen bunk and a pullout sofa. The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6. The back porch has a dining table for 6 and a fenced in yard to keep your little humans or dogs safe.  Laundry on site. No Cats

Capri Farmhouse is located minutes from the scenic Indian River and Savannah Preserve. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful 2nd floor, non-smoking, 2 bedroom suite has a private entrance, eat-in kitchenette and guest parking for up to two vehicles. There is a fenced in yard and propane bbq grill. Dogs are welcome. (Due to severe allergies, we are no longer accepting cats as pets.) Keep in mind the unit is on the second floor and not suitable for children under 12.
