Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

Relax in hot tub, under covered patio in fenced backyard, or on the front porch. Cozy living room, den with a pull out bed and work station, stocked kitchen w/pans, various utensils, coffee maker, and eight seats at the dining table. New washer, dryer, and refrigerator with ice maker. Each bedroom has nightstands equipped with a USB and 120 outlets. Wheelchair accessible - shower, ramp to front door and ramp into house through garage. Easy access single level living.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
